Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from BlisBees! If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, just drop us an email at hello@blisbees.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Please note: Sale items, blind boxes, and opened merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
